When I called to ask questions, my customer service representative listened to what I wanted and came up with creative and helpful suggestions, emailed me several demos to look at, and then when I was down to my final choices, mailed me a sample pack to see what they may look like in person.
I have been a manager for over 15 years and I often tell my staff to treat people the way you would like to be treated, and if you can, go over and beyond.
